No response from Customer Service, damaged belt

I have purchased five belts from belt be. I just purchased another one and received a belt that had no holes so you could fasten it. I have written to Customer Service four times and I’ve never received a response back. I still have a damaged belt and can’t wear it. This is starting the third week with no assistance.

Better than the pictures

My black belt was shipped soon after I put the order in, and it arrived quickly.
Upon opening the well-packed item, I could not be more satisfied. The pictures do not do justice to the belt: I love the suede's luxurious feel, the sturdy stitching, the weight of the buckle, the deep color (I ordered the black suede and the red leather models), the simple-yet-stylish look.

I do not regret my purchase, and neither will you!
